(e) Conduct regular monitoring of the audit of the cooperative organizations and conduct the audit of the cooperative organizations that are not audited within the prescribed period,
(f) Formulate and approve plans and programs to promote cooperative farming or self-employment businesses based on labor or skill of members of poor rural women, disabled persons, free earners, free youths, landless farmers, unemployed, laborers and marginalized groups including Dalits and minority tribes.
